Delivery and returns
Every order is dispatched from our UK vault fully insured to the value of the metal, in discreet, unbranded packaging. Delivery is free on all UK orders and requires a signature on arrival.
Orders are released once payment has cleared. Bank transfer is the fastest route for larger purchases — contact us before sending funds so we can hold the price while the transfer settles.
Storage
Prefer not to take delivery? We can hold your metal in fully insured, segregated storage at our UK vault, held in your name and available for delivery or sale back to us whenever you choose.
Selling back to us
We buy back the metal we sell at 98% of the live spot price, published on the site rather than negotiated on a call, so you can see what an exit is worth before you buy.
Metal held in our vault can be sold back without ever being shipped. If you hold it yourself, transit is insured in both directions.
