At Woodbury Gold Vault, we specialise in the supply of physical gold and silver bullion. Due to the nature of the precious metals industry — where transactions are final, pricing is market-linked, and physical integrity is critical — our refund and return policy is extremely limited and subject to stringent conditions.


1. All Sales Are Final

Once an order has been placed, priced, and confirmed, the sale is final. Due to the real-time nature of the precious metals markets, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances relating to:

  • Market price changes (either in your favour or ours)

  • Change of mind or mistaken purchase

  • Delays due to courier, customs, or third-party services

  • Circumstantial changes in personal finances or plans


2. Returns Will Only Be Considered in Exceptional Circumstances

We will only consider a return request if:

  • You receive the wrong item (e.g., incorrect weight, year, or product)

  • The item is damaged during transit and such damage is clearly documented

  • There is a manufacturer’s defect, and the item remains sealed and untampered

In these limited cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, including:

  • A clear unboxing video, showing the condition and seal integrity from the moment the package is opened

  • Photographs of all labels, packaging, and damage (if applicable)

  • Your invoice and shipping confirmation

No return request will be considered without these elements.


3. Strict Verification Protocols for Any Returned Goods

If a return is authorised, no refund or replacement will be processed until the returned item has been independently and thoroughly verified by our security team and vaulting partners.

This process includes:

  • Metallurgical testing and weight verification

  • Visual inspection of physical condition and tamper-evidence

  • Authentication against internal records: including weight, purity, serial number, year, and any unique markings or identifiers

We must be fully satisfied — without exception — that:

The item returned to us is exactly the same item we originally dispatched to you, and in the same condition in which it left our facility.

If the returned product fails this verification, is tampered with, does not match our original dispatch records, or appears altered in any way, your refund request will be immediately declined, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.


4. No Unauthorised Returns

Do not return any goods without first receiving written approval and instructions from our team.
Unauthorised parcels will be rejected and returned without liability. We accept no responsibility for lost, delayed, or rejected shipments due to unauthorised returns.


5. Return Shipping Requirements

If a return is approved:

  • The client is fully responsible for arranging insured, tracked, and signed-for shipping using a trusted secure courier

  • Woodbury Gold Vault will not be liable for loss, damage, or delay during return transit

  • All original documentation must be enclosed with the parcel, including the invoice and authorisation reference


6. Refund Timing and Method

Once a returned item has passed all stages of authentication and security verification, a refund may be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer, made only to the original purchaser. Refunds typically require 7–10 business days after successful completion of the verification process.

We reserve the right to carry out additional KYC and AML checks before releasing funds.


7. Final Disclaimer

Refunds are not simple, and by purchasing from us you acknowledge that gold and silver transactions require strict chain-of-custody protocols. We take these measures to uphold the security of our operation and the safety of our clients.
