Where are you based?

We operate from 17 Hanover Square in Mayfair, London W1S 1BN. Woodbury Gold Vault Ltd is registered in England & Wales, company number 16363130.

Can I visit you in person?

Our office is not a walk-in shop. Visits are by appointment, so please call first and we will arrange a time. Vault viewings are arranged separately and need 24 hours' notice.

How quickly will you reply?

The phone is answered Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm. Emails are usually answered the same working day. Enquiries left overnight or at weekends are picked up the next working morning.

Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes — UK orders are sent with free insured delivery, GPS-tracked to your door. International delivery is available at a flat rate. See our shipping policy for the detail.

Start on our selling pages to see what we pay at the live price, then leave your details for a call back. We buy investment-grade bullion only — no jewellery or mixed scrap.

Do you offer storage?

Yes. Metal can be held in a professional vault, allocated in your name, with the first three months free. Our storage page explains the terms and the fees.

Can you advise me on what to buy?

We can talk you through the options, the tax treatment and the costs, and we do it without obligation. We are not authorised to give financial advice, so we cannot tell you how much of your wealth belongs in precious metals — that is a question for a qualified adviser.
